What is EDS?
The electronic declaration system (the EDS) is a safe and convenient method for electronic submission of tax and informative declarations, reports, and other documents to the State Revenue Service (the SRS) via internet.
Saving of time: a possibility to submit tax reports electronically in a fast and convenient way.
Preciseness of data: reduced probability of typing and calculation mistakes due to automatic check of the correctness of documents.
Safety of data: by submitting documents electronically, data are completely protected.
All taxpayers can use the EDS conveniently:
- legal persons: large, average, and small companies as well as governmental and municipal institutions;
- individuals: performers of economic activity, individual merchants, and governmental officials.
Currently, all tax and informative declarations prescribed by normative acts can be submitted electronically by using the EDS.
To start application of the more convenient and faster method of declaration, you have to sign a contract with the SRS; and in five working days, you will be able to use a modern declaration tool: the EDS!
