Technical requirements for using of the EDS

By using the EDS, you have the possibility to:

  • prepare reports and declarations for submission them electronically (by enclosing a previously prepared file with report or declaration data or by filling-out of the internet form);
  • review and correct the entered document;
  • delete the entered document;
  • print the entered document;
  • copy the document submitted for the previous taxation period in order to draft a new document containing data of the previous document;
  • submit details of reports and declarations;
  • arrange entered documents by different parameters;
  • select a specific group of documents basing on given parameters;
  • check the correctness of entered data;
  • find a short instruction for work with the EDS in the menu “User’s manual” at any time;
  • get information about filling-out of a specific declaration in the menu “Methodical aids”;
  • sign electronically and submit the prepared document (the last step in submission of declarations: when the declaration is signed, it is sent to the SRS databases);
  • follow-up if submitted documents are accepted and included in the SRS database;
  • authorize a person for submission and signing of the prepared documents;
  • register numbers of receipts and tickets;
  • check registration data of the value added tax (the VAT) of business partners in the European Union (the EU);
  • check validity of excise numbers of the EU business partners;
  • authorize a person for obtaining of information about own-data of the taxpayer accumulated in the SRS databases (legal persons only);
  • apply for program of extended cooperation.
