Explanations of themes presented in the tables

Theme
„Consultations”
You can call to the indicated phone number to have consultations on issues within the competence of SRS. Calling to SRS Info line, at first you have to choose the language („1” – Latvian, „2” – Russian, „3” – English), the theme („1” – taxes, Electronic Declaration System, „2” – Customs) and then automatically you will be connected to the experts of the corresponding field.  

Fee for call is withheld from the moment  when it is offered to choose the language. Calling from a stationary Lattelecom phone number, fee is determined according to the rate of Lattelecom, but calling from a mobile phone – according to the rates of the relevant operator. 

Theme „Requests for Statements”
In order to send a request with a necessity to receive a statement prepared by SRS, for example, on non-existence of tax debts, income of borrowers, to participate in public procurement tenders, separate e-mail addresses have been created. Sending requests to the indicated e-mails, taxpayer shall present his name, surname and personal identity code, what kind of statement is needed, why is it necessary and to whom the statement shall be addressed. 

To receive a statement, a  taxpayer can address any Client Service Centre. Statements shall be produced and issued by the Client Service Centre where the taxpayer submitted his request. 

The references issued by SRS can be received also electronically – the taxpayer shall send a request signed by a secure electronic signature. When having received a request to issue the reference electronically, the references to taxpayer will be sent electronically – signed by a secure electronic signature.

Theme „Record-keeping”
Record-keeping contacts (phone number and e-mail) are provided for receiving information about the progress of taxpayers’ submissions, references on SRS operation, suggestions, letters signed by safe electronic signature as well as , if necessary, receive replies on issues within the competence of SRS that are not mentioned in subjects „Consultations” and „Requests for Statements”.
