Service requests
To receive a permit for acquisition of denatured alcohol, the applicant must submit an application and supporting documents:
1) description of proposed use of denatured alcohol, including amounts to be used during the specific time frame (litres and absolute alchohol litres), information on production methods and total amounts to be produced;
2) technical specifications of the production process indicating amount of denatured alcohol needed to create one unit of the product and other uses as noted in the application;
3) signed copy of territory plan that indicates storage area for denatured alcohol and capacity of storage (m3) if more than 1000 litres of denatured alcohol is planned to be stored.
To renew a permit, the old permit must be submitted. If current regulations have changed, new documents indicating adherence to new regulations must be included.

The State fee shall not be charged for the issue of a permit.
The service is received according to the request.
