Statement on compliance of labeled petroleum products

Process description

1. Service requests
   Requests for testing and advance payments must be submitted to MP.lietvediba@vid.gov.lv. SRS will send an invoice that must be paid, afterwhich samples can be submitted for testing along with the following: 1) statement request; 2) petroleum product labeling certificate; and 3) sample statement from excise warehouse keeper.
   To submit samples for testing, contact SRS in person at Talejas iela1, Riga or with the customs laboratory by telephone. Testing will take place after receiving payment.
   
   Fee for one statement: 38,44 EUR (incl. VAT).
   Payment can be made by bank transfer.

2. Receipt of services
   Statements are sent through EDS and receipt for services rendered will be sent by e-mail.
