Service requests
A consignee receiving wine from another Member State may enter information on the receipt of accompanying documents (w-AD – Wine accompanying document) in a separate section of EMCS.
THE W-AD may only be submitted by a person who is registered as an EMCS user and who has a permit to carry out transactions with excisable goods under the suspension of excise duty (economic operators who are registered in the European Union Excise Data Exchange System (SEED).Receipt of services
EMCS returns an error message or accepts the submitted electronic message.
