The one-time guarantee excise duty certificate and guarantee entitles the holder to carry out one specific activity — single receipt of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, or petroleum products from another Member State. In order to receive or re-register a one-time security certificate, the submitter of the security must submit an application to SRS.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    Submission of documents:
    1. Application for one-time guarantee excise duty certificate;
    2. Credit institution guarantee or deposit to SRS account (more information available on SRS website).

    The form can be submitted through EDS - Documents - Form - Applications for guarantees for excise goods - Application for the receipt, renewal or cancellation of the general guarantee certificate for excise duty.

  2. Receipt of services
    The one-time guarantee excise duty certificate will be sent through EDS.
