The report regarding the production and marketing of beer shall be submitted to the State Revenue Service (hereinafter - SRS) by a merchant who has a valid special permit (licence) for the activity of an approved tax warehouse keeper and who has the right to perform the production, processing, processing or packaging of beer or to perform activities with beer as a raw material of production.
