Service requests
In order to obtain a permit, the SRS shall submit an application using the Electronic Declaration System (EDS) (https://eds.vid.gov.lv/login/ - Documents - From Form - Information to the SRS Customs Board) or in paper form, by post.
The customs authority has 30 days to check whether all conditions are fulfilled and will notify the applicant of the decision.Receipt of services
The decision shall be communicated to the addressee using the SRS Electronic Declaration System, except where the applicant indicates another form of notification of the specific document.
