The declarant may specify the customs duties after the release of the goods.
In order to receive the service, an application shall be submitted to EMDAS for the amendment of the data of the customs declaration and recalculation of customs duties and shall be accompanied by documents substantiating the requested changes.
After verifying the information, the customs authority shall decide on the adjustment of customs duties.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    Where the adjustment of customs duties is related to amendments/withdrawal of the standard customs declaration - the declarant shall submit a version of the revised import customs declaration and an application for rectification/annulment of the customs declaration, the relevant supporting documents shall be attached.

    Where the adjustment of customs duties is related to amendments/annulment of the simplified customs declaration - the declarant shall submit an application for rectification/annulment of the customs declaration, the relevant supporting documents shall be attached.

  2. Receipt of services
    Service is received as per application.
