Service requests
The application may be submitted through EDS, by e-mail with an electronic signature to vid@vid.gov.lv, in person at any SRS client service centre (see www.vid.gov.lv under “Contacts”), or by post: SRS, Talejas iela 1, Riga, LV-1978.
The application for the refund must be submitted not later than 6 months after the renewal of the security certificate or the loss of the validity of the certificate. The application shall be reviewed within 10 business days if a tax audit or verification of data compliance has not commenced.Receipt of services
The decision is sent through EDS or as specified in the submission.
