In the public database of the State Revenue Service (hereinafter - SRS), publish information regarding taxpayers and taxpayer departments - regarding registered economic operators, natural persons who, in accordance with the regulatory enactments regulating the income tax, may not register with the SRS as operating institutions, budget-financed institutions, institutions not financed by the budget, foreign diplomatic and consular missions, offices of sworn lawyers, permanent representations of non-residents (foreign merchants) in Latvia and taxpayer departments.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    The taxpayer and the taxpayer unit shall be deemed to be registered in the register of taxpayers with the date of making the relevant entry.
    Information on taxpayers and taxpayers' departments may be obtained by entering the following information:
    - for natural persons - given name (given name), surname, registration code of the taxpayer;
    - for legal persons and other persons, the registration code of the taxpayer.

  2. Receipt of services
    The service is received in the database to be published by the SRS, according to the request selection.
