Service requests
In order to receive a permit, the State Revenue Service (hereinafter - SRS) shall submit an application to the Electronic Declaration System (EDS) (https://eds.vid.gov.lv/login/ - Documents - From Form - Information to the SRS Customs Board), e-mail (with a secure electronic signature) MP.lietvediba@vid.gov.lv, by post or in person.
A completed application form must be submitted indicating:
1) a list of the headings of the Harmonised Commodity System (HS) for export;
2) the countries of destination intended for export;
3) depending on the criterion of origin for HS heading, information in support of the origin of the goods intended for export (for example, a list of raw materials used in the manufacture of goods indicating the origin of the raw materials, a technological description of the manufacturing process or other documents attesting the conformity of the goods with the conditions of origin).Receipt of services
The administrative act issued by the SRS (including an unfavourable administrative act) and other decisions, documents and information shall be communicated to the taxpayer who is the user of the EDS using the EDS, while sending the information to the e-mail address indicated by the EDS of the taxpayer, unless the taxpayer has indicated another type of notification of the document.
