The principal company can be registered through EDS using the available form. In person registration requires appropriate ID and power of attorney, if necessary, in addition to the
• Application;
• Lease/rental agreement; and
• Signed consent from the owner of the premises (or authorized person), unless the principle company will be operating in premises owned by the tax payer.Receipt of services
SRS will register the taxpayer no later than three busines days after receipt of registration documents and will be entered in the publicly avaible taxpayer register available at www.vid.gov.lv under “Public data bases”.
