A report regarding the circulation of raw alcohol, alcohol, alcohol-producing raw materials and by-products shall be submitted to the State Revenue Service (hereinafter - SRS) by a merchant who has a valid special permit (licence) for the activity of an approved tax warehouse keeper and who has the right to perform the production of raw alcohol and alcohol or denaturing of alcohol, or other activities with raw alcohol, and alcohol and alcohol and by-products of alcohol production.

Receipt of services
