Service requests
Before entering into a contract, you must receive an EORI number.
To become an EDS Customs information system user, submit an “Application for the State Revenue Service list of users of the information system”.
Submissions must contain information about each subsystem user type:
• electronically through EDS ((https://eds.vid.gov.lv/login/ - Documents – Other– Information National Customs Board) or with an electronic signature;
• paper format at any SRS client service centre (see www.vid.gov.lv in the section "Contacts");
• non-residents submit to the SRS Customs Board, Talejas iela 1, Riga (non-residents must present personal identification as well as add a power of attorney confirming permission to act on behalf of a business).Receipt of services
Acceptance (signing) of the contract will be notified through EDS or by e-mail address specified in the application and will include user ID and password.
