Process description
Service requests
The REX application may be completed online, submitted via the Electronic Declaration System (EDS) of the State Revenue Service (SRS), or sent by post:
1. on-line, using the REX system developed by the European Commission (REX - EU Trader Portal):
- first requests the user's rights to use the REX system (REX - EU Trader Portal) by submitting an application by the SRS EDS for the establishment of a list of registered exporters (REX) (information on the types of submission of the document is available (https://www.vid.gov.lv/lv/iesniegumi-un-pilnvaras);
- when the user's rights are received through the SRS EDS (https://eds.vid.gov.lv/login/ - Connect to European Information Systems - Registered Exporters System (REX - EU Trader portal), access the REX system (REX - EU Trader Portal) and complete the application online;
- inform the SRS Customs Board of the application submitted by writing to the e-mail address izcelsme@vid.gov.lv
2. to submit a completed and signed application with a secure electronic signature, using the SRS EDS,
3. by sending a completed and signed application to the part of the application of the Customs Tariff and Payments of the SRS Customs Office on Taleja Street 1, Riga, LV-1978.Receipt of services
Service is received as per application.
